Going to the Ranch for Christmas

A new endeavor for a fun and newly retired couple with grandchildren that love and live the ranch lifestyle. Waking up to a sunset off the caprock is just as appealing as creating a beautiful ranch home. We hope to have them all settled in soon and enjoying a family Christmas at the ranch.
This great kilim ottoman was the perfect answer sitting in front of their great rock fireplace. Another example of our great birch logs tucked in a great Turkish jug to add interest to a hearth. A little pine garland tucked here in there adds some softness for winter.
Entry arranged... our Katmandu chest worked out perfectly the old antique turquoise doors on it look great and make the area unique and interesting! The antique rocker was his great grandfather's...
A collection of wonderful Texas land maps of the area and other family memorabilia were hung on this wall with her collection of indian baskets and navajo rug. A wall of stories to be told over the years...a great collection of a family's life stories.
Perfect corner area for games and visiting...
We enjoyed and looking forward to see what is next for this ranch home...enjoy the beautiful Texas sunsets there is nothing like them!
