Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix

 
Sensory overload may be the best way to describe the aromas and taste of pancakes made with our delicious Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix. Loaded with flavor and cooking up light and fluffy, every day can be pancake day. Top them with our Maine Maple Syrup or our tasty jams for a truly blissful morning.
Make a hot heaping pile of waffles or pancakes for your group this Spring Break week! The Maple Syrup or Wild Blueberry Syrup  drenched over your plate of waffles is the best!! These also make a great teacher gift or simple house warming gift!
Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 ounces melted butter
1 cup heaping, fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
Mix batter thoroughly with other ingredients, then carefully fold in berries. 
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
Banana Walnut Waffles
The crunch of walnuts adds a wonderful touch to this breakfast or brunch treat.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix (Pick Up At Bonnes Amies)
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Mix water with beaten eggs. Add Farmhouse Pancake &Waffle Mix and mix well.
Stir in melted butter and remaining ingredients until all of the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
Ladle batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Serve with any of our syrups.
