For the Crumb Topping:
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons cold butter in pieces
