Ingredients
Napa Valley Naturals Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Bonnes Amies Kitchen)
8 slices of sourdough bread
Raspberry Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (Bonnes Amies Kitchen)
1 pound smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
½ pound Havarti cheese, thinly sliced
½ cup arugula
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brush olive oil on one side of all of the bread slices. Turn the slices over and generously spread Raspberry Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce on the other side.
Layer smoked turkey, Havarti cheese and arugula on four pieces of bread. Season with salt and pepper and top with remaining bread slices.
Cook sandwiches in a Panini maker or on a grill pan with a press until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
