Charles Faudree Dining Room

Love this Charles Faudree setting with these scrubbed white-washed French chairs and antiqued French buffet in the background. Just beautiful! We had a customer recently looking for chairs for her farmhouse table-thought this would inspire her!

What's For Supper? Great Slow Cooker Recipes

Okay so Southern Living has a few good ideas tonight-I think this looks quite yummy and so simple! The Slow-Cooker Turkey Chili also sounds fabulous although I wonder if you could use lean ground beef instead and it not be too greasy...
"This pork-and-bean mixture is versatile. Serve it spooned over cornbread or rolled up burrito style in flour tortillas. Make hearty nachos, quesadillas, or tacos too. It can even be used as a meaty addition to huevos rancheros (fried corn tortillas topped with fried eggs and salsa)."

100 Beautiful Bedrooms

Love these ideas by Southern Living-most especially this beautiful bedroom. I think a small makeover in your bedroom can be simple yet very rewarding.
"This master bedroom displays a more-is-more approach. Bravo to the beautiful screen above the headboard and the vaulted ceiling with its wood beams saved from an old barn. But the standing ovation goes to the abundant use of fabric. A green floral material wraps the walls like the woods outside and continues onto the bed, a bench, and the curtains. Accents such as the antique antlers, prints, and frames give the room even more mountain grandeur."

Burlap Ribbon

Burlap ribbon is still a great staple for us and will be great to use this Spring!

Feather Your Nest

Love these winter nest scattered throughout the store-they are so fun to work into a coffee table arrangement or put inside a cloche.
On a Spring note these tulips are beautiful in this large twig nest which appears to be stacked twig wreaths-wonderful!

These are bird's nest candies-they look wonderful! I could see drizzling the nest with dark and white chocolate for Valentine's Day and a early Spring gift! Who knew chow mein noodles had such potential!

Here is a picture of me and Stormy...We had a good time this Sunday afternoon playing with our new camera thanks to the Pioneer Women.
We went and got ice cream afterwards can't you tell?...We simply used a tripod and had ten seconds to pose for the camera.

Really like this one-what is to come for the future! Thought these would be fun to post!
