Raspberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich

8 slices crusty bread (such as rosemary, whole grain, peasant or sourdough)
1/4 – 1/2 cup Red Raspberry Jam (Pick Up Your Jar At Bonnes Amies)
12 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
2-4 Tablespoons melted butter or light olive oil

Place bread slices on a clean work surface. Generously spread the Raspberry Jam over four slices of bread. Top with Brie cheese and finish with another slice of bread. Butter or oil the outer sides of bread.
Saute sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted. A panini maker can also be used. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
