Garlic & Avocado Oil Aioli Recipe 🥪

So if you are looking for the perfect picnic food ideas to try out and indulge in this summer, consider trying our New Garlic & Avocado Oil Aioli on sandwiches or your potato salad recipes that will be the highlight of any outdoor (or indoor!) meal.
Garlicky Grilled Cheese with Tomato
4 slices sourdough bread
4 ounces Havarti cheese, sliced thin
1 medium tomato, sliced thin
Garlic & Avocado Oil Aioli
Heat a cast iron pan over low-medium heat.
Spread aioli generously over one side of 2 pieces of bread and lay them down, aioli side down, into the warmed pan. Line the tops with half of the cheese. Top the cheese with the tomato slices, and then top those with the remaining cheese.
Spread aioli generously over one side of each of the remaining slices of bread. Place the slices, plain side down, on top of the cheese. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bread has browned and cheese has begun to melt. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the other side is also browned.
Remove and cool slightly before serving.
*This aioli pairs the robust, smooth flavor of garlic with the light yet buttery taste of avocado oil. Wonderful on all types of sandwiches, from veggie wraps to California clubs, it’s also great spread over baked salmon, tossed with potato salad or used as a base for delicious sauces and dips.
