Lemon Ice Cream & Chocolate Semifreddo🍋🍨

Lemon Ice Cream
1 jar Lemon Curd, chilled *Available at Bonnes Amies Kitchen
1 pint light cream, chilled
Whisk together the Lemon Curd and the light cream. Process according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
Stop when ice cream is thick and creamy.
For Krups Ice Cream makers: Pour chilled curd and cream mixture into the frozen cylinder. Process for 30-35 minutes until the ice cream is thick and creamy. Can be kept frozen for one week in the freezer.
Chocolate Semifreddo
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1-teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce)jar Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Sauce *Available at Bonnes Amies kitchen
Whip heavy cream in a chilled mixing bowl with a whisk attachment until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar and vanilla.
Heat dessert sauce 15-30 seconds in the microwave, if it is not pourable. Make sure it does not get too hot. Fold into the whipped cream. Place in a covered container that can go into the freezer.
Place semifreddo in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight. Best if used within 3-4 days.
