Hot Honey Marinated Flank Steak

A simple, slightly spicy marinade takes flank steak from meh to marvelous. Serve it with chimichurri sauce and your favorite grilled veggies and you’ve got a winning dinner.

Hot Honey Marinated Flank Steak
(savory, sweet, and spicy grilled steak)
Serves 4
What you need:
1 (11/2-to 2-pounds) flank steak
3 tablespoons Hot Honey, plus more for serving (Pick Up at Bonnes Amies Kitchen)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced Chimichurri sauce, for serving

What to do:

2. Marinate the steak: Place the flank steak in a shallow dish or large zip-top plastic bag. Stir together the hot honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Pour over the steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

3. Grill the steak: Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and add to the grill. Grill, covered with the grill lid, 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

To Serve: Let the steak rest 15 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain. Serve with chimichurri sauce and more hot honey... always more hot honey.
