Red Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip🌶️

This Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip isn’t just a tasty dip; it’s a holiday appetizer superstar! Whether you’re hosting a crowd for Christmas or having a casual game night, this easy dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Our kitchen is stocked with all of your favorite pepper jellies including hot pepper peach and hot pepper cranberry jam delicious!!

INGREDIENTS
2 blocks cream cheese (16 ounces, softened to room temperature )
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup pepper jelly
optional toppings: herbs (like diced rosemary, chives, green onion) or chopped pecans, walnuts or crumbled bacon

INSTRUCTIONS
Using an electric mixer, whip together cream cheese blocks with garlic powder and sea salt. Stir in shredded cheese until fully combined. Layer cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
Spread on pepper jelly.
Garnish with diced herbs like rosemary and chives. Optional additions for crunch: bacon, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans
Serve with crackers and veggies.

Cranberry Spiced Chex Mix Recipe🌶️

Hot Pepper Cranberry Jelly has arrived in our shop kitchen! Cranberry Spiced Chex Mix made with our hot pepper cranberry jelly is a favorite recipe have you tried it?
Cranberry Spiced Chex Mix
Ingredients
½ cup (1 stick) salted butter
¼ cup Hot Pepper Cranberry Jelly
1 teaspoon chili powder (more if you like spice)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups wheat chex cereal
3 cups rice chex cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup Mixed Nuts
Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 275°F.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and Hot Pepper Cranberry Jelly over medium heat until the butter has melted and has combined with the jam. Whisk in the chili powder and garlic salt and remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, cranberries and nuts. Pour the jam and butter combination over the mix and toss until it is all coated.
Spread the mix across two parchment paper lined baking sheets. Place in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, tossing every 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon. The mixture will crisp as it cools. Once cool, toss and serve or store in an air tight container.
