Peach Jalapeno Cocktail Mix: We’ve been pairing peaches and jalapeños together for years! The sweet 100% peach juice paired with a nice dose of jalapeño, makes the perfect base for our Jalapeach Fiesta cocktail. A real taste of Texas!
JALAPEACH FIESTA
2oz Vodka
2oz Peach Jalapeno Cocktail Mix
Sparkling Water
Fill low ball glass with ice.
Add vodka and cocktail mix.
Stir well.
Watermelon Mint Cocktail Mix: If you are looking for the perfect refreshing cocktail, look no further. A combination of the herbal notes in the gin and the fresh flavors of Texas watermelon and mint are pure perfection.
SEAWALL SIPPER
2 oz Gin
2 oz Watermelon Mint Drink Mix
Sparkling water or tonic water
Directions
Fill low ball glass with ice.
Add gin and drink mix.
Stir well.
Top with sparkling water or tonic water.
Prickly Pear Habanero Cocktail Mix: Spicy AND sweet, our Prickly Pear Habanero cocktail mix is a Texas Hill Country classic. It’s made with hand-pressed Texas prickly pear! Adding tequila or gin will pair perfectly.
HILL COUNTRY HEAT
2 oz. Gin
2-3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. 1 oz. Prickly Pear Habanero Cocktail Mix
Grapefruit Wedge and/or Jalapeño Slice we will need a grapefruit and jalapeno
Topo Chico
Pour in Gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, Prickly Pear Habanero cocktail mix into a shaker.
Pour and strain into a low ball glass. Add ice.
Top with Topo Chico.
Garnish grapefruit wedge/jalapeño slices.
TEXAS DOVE
2 oz. Gin
2-3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Prickly Pear Habanero Cocktail Mix
