Pink Grapefruit Margarita and Grapefruit Sparkler
For Pink Grapefruit Margarita
3 oz. Pink Grapefruit Margarita Mixer
2 oz. white tequila
1 oz. triple sec
-salt, for rim
-grapefruit slices, for garnish
For Grapefruit Sparkler (non-alcoholic)
2 oz. Pink Grapefruit Margarita Mixer
1 oz. orange juice
4 oz. club soda
-mint, for garnish
-fresh strawberries, for garnish
Directions
For Pink Grapefruit Margarita
Use a grapefruit wedge to wet the rim of a Margarita glass, then dip the rim in salt.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Fill glass with ice and strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
For Grapefruit Sparkler (non-alcoholic)
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add mixer, juice and club soda. Stir to combine.
Garnish with mint and strawberries.
