We still have mouse problems....

 If you haven't seen our little handmade wool mice you must come look at them! One might end up hitching a ride home with you and end up in a tea cup or saucer, or peaking out from behind a book in a hutch! It's funny they find a new home and then we get photos from customers of where they have placed their new mouse friend. Where would you put your new pet mouse?

Raspberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich

 Ingredients

8 slices crusty bread (such as rosemary, whole grain, peasant or sourdough)
1/4 – 1/2 cup Red Raspberry Jam (Pick Up Your Jar At Bonnes Amies)
12 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
2-4 Tablespoons melted butter or light olive oil

Directions
Place bread slices on a clean work surface. Generously spread the Raspberry Jam over four slices of bread. Top with Brie cheese and finish with another slice of bread. Butter or oil the outer sides of bread.
Saute sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted. A panini maker can also be used. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.

This sweet and slightly tart red raspberry jam livens up any bread or dessert. Mix it in oatmeal or surprise someone by drizzling some over vanilla ice cream. Bacon, Spinach, Tomato & Avocado Sandwich

Bacon, Spinach, Tomato & Avocado SandwichIngredients
8 slices artisanal crusty bread
Maple Bacon Aioli (pick up in our kitchen at Bonnes Amies)

12 slices applewood smoked bacon 1 cup fresh baby spinach
Fresh basil leaves
2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 avocados, sliced and slightly mashed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Toast the bread.
Cook the bacon until crispy and brown. Set aside on paper towels.
Spread aioli on one side of each piece of toast.
Divide bacon, spinach, fresh basil leaves and tomatoes on 4 pieces of toast over the aioli.
Smash sliced avocado on other 4 pieces of toast. Put the smashed avocado toast on top to finish each sandwich and serve.

Summer Floral Arrangements

 We have been busy busy with all of our beautiful florals! This customer brought in her wonderful large turkish jug and picked out mossy branches, bright red poppies, large cream sunflowers, and bright orange tulips. It turned out bright and beautiful love it! This will look stunning on her dining table and she will enjoy all spring and summer!

This was done specifically for her front door and large entrance it needed some wow power to it! Hot pink peonies, bright white tulips, trailing coleus, and large orange tulips made this gorgeous! Looking for some inspiration? Let us help you!
