New flavors that are fabulous iced: Rocky Road is blended chocolate, caramel, marshmallows, and crème flavoring. Butter Pecan is jeweled with rich golden pecan flavoring just like the ice cream. Sun kissed equal parts crème pudding, orange flavoring, dusted with cinnamon. Vanilla Colada is creamy coconut with exotic flavorings. Banana Nut Creme is sweet bananas, touch of hazelnut, and pecan for extra flavoring. Blackberry Creme has a delectable blackberry flavor enveloped in rich crème.

Honey Chicken Salad

This quick lunch will keep you buzzing through the rest of your day! Anything we can create with rotisserie chicken is always a hit in the hive.

Honey Chicken Salad

(rotisserie chicken, salted almonds, stone ground mustard + honey)

Serves 6

What you need:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup stone ground Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup Savannah Bee Honey (Pick Up at Bonnes Amies Kitchen)

1 store bought rotisserie chicken, skinned and pulled

1 cup red grapes, quartered

1 cup roasted and salted almonds, chopped

1 stalk celery, diced

2 stems parsley, roughly chopped

Kosher salt 

Freshly ground black pepper

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Make the sauce: In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar and honey. 

3. Finish the chicken salad: Stir pulled chicken, grapes, almonds and celery into the mayonnaise honey mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. 

To serve: Chill and serve over arugula, on thick toasted sourdough slices, in a wrap, our our favorite…with a hunk of Savannah Bee Raw Honey Comb!

Hot Honey Marinated Flank Steak

A simple, slightly spicy marinade takes flank steak from meh to marvelous. Serve it with chimichurri sauce and your favorite grilled veggies and you’ve got a winning dinner.

Hot Honey Marinated Flank Steak

(savory, sweet, and spicy grilled steak)

Serves 4

What you need:

1 (11/2-to 2-pounds) flank steak

3 tablespoons Hot Honey, plus more for serving (Pick Up at Bonnes Amies Kitchen)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced Chimichurri sauce, for serving

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Marinate the steak: Place the flank steak in a shallow dish or large zip-top plastic bag. Stir together the hot honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Pour over the steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

3. Grill the steak: Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and add to the grill. Grill, covered with the grill lid, 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

To Serve: Let the steak rest 15 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain. Serve with chimichurri sauce and more hot honey... always more hot honey.
