Mrs. Toddy Donahue's Lemon Cake

This lemon cake is delicious, very moist, and quick. What makes it really good is the Stonewall Lemon Curd and fresh lemon juice. And if you have never baked with fresh eggs you will be amazed how puffy your cakes turn out and how well they rise.

1 box of Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 - 3 1/2 ounce box of Jello Instant Lemon Pudding
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
2/3 cup canola oil
1 jar of Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Curd
